Users.

All users will login through the google organization for hackleyschool.org and their email adress will either end in students.hackleyschool.org or hackleyschool.org. Users with students.hackleyschool.org are classified as students. Users with hackleyschool.org are classified as adults.

User Permissions/Roles

Users may have the following general permissions.

1. “Admin” – gives access to administer backend portions of the site and see admin menu.
2. “Club_Approver” – can approve clubs that are not community engagment clubs (community passion clubs and community building clubs).
3. “Communtiy_Engagment_club_approver” – can approve community engagment clubs.
4. “Content_Moderator” – get alerts about flagged or reported content and can take action on the content.

Club Admin

In addition, users can be admin of particular clubs and be able to grant leadership status to people in the club. Club admin can post events for that club, create chats for that club, and edit club information.
